REFUND POLICY

Flock Audio Inc. - Return & Refund Policy
 

Returns:

Flock Audio Inc.'s Return & Refund policy is applicable for 30 days from the shipping date (excluding Software). If more than 30 days have elapsed since the shipping date, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a full refund or exchange on your purchase.
 

The shipping date is determined by the date your product was dispatched from our shop and warehouse.
 

To qualify for a return or warranty exchange, the item must be undamaged, returned in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Any signs of tampering or misuse will be thoroughly inspected upon receipt at our facility.
 

If you qualify and are approved for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), we require a receipt or proof of the purchase order provided.
 

Certain situations may lead to the denial of refunds, such as:

- Products showing obvious signs of misuse or damage.
- Product items or accessories not in their original packaging, not in new condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error.
- Items returned beyond 30 days from the shipping date.

 

Refunds:

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit (minus a 4% merchant fee charged by STRIPE, PAYPAL) will be automatically deducted, with the refund applied to your original payment method within 60 days of the approved refund process. No refunds will be issued during any pre-order cycle of product releases. Refunds are applicable only once the items are ready to ship. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the returned purchase items reach Flock Audio to qualify for a refund. In the event of damage or loss during return shipping to Flock Audio, it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with their chosen shipping courier.
 

Merchant Fee:

All refunds are subject to a 4% Merchant Fee. This fee is not initiated by Flock Audio Inc. and is charged by the third-party Merchant (e.g., STRIPE, PAYPAL).
 

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you have not received your refund, please review your bank account and contact your credit card company. Processing time is often required before a refund is posted. If issues persist, contact your bank. If you have completed these steps and still not received your refund, please email us at sales@flockaudio.com.
 

Sale Items:

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
 

Software or Downloads:

Software and downloadable purchases are final sale and non-refundable.
 

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To initiate an exchange, email us at support@flockaudio.com. Upon approval, we will generate a relevant RMA for you to send the item to:

Restocking Fee:

Items returned after shipping are subject to a 15% restocking fee charged to the purchaser's original payment method.

Shipping:

To return your purchased product, you must courier and insure your product to: Flock Audio Inc. (Attn: Flock Audio Support RE: Warranty).
 

You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs, applicable duties, and taxes for your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund along with the original shipping fees.
 

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
 

It is mandatory to use a trackable shipping service approved by Flock Audio, such as DHL or UPS, and purchase applicable shipping insurance to ensure your return. This tracking number is required for your RMA process. If the product does not reach Flock Audio Inc., a refund cannot be provided.
