Flock Audio Inc. - Return & Refund Policy.
Flock Audio Inc. Return & Refund policy is valid 30 days from the shipping date (Excluded of Software). If 30 days have passed since the shipping date we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange on your purchase.
The Shipping Date is dictated by the date your product was shipped from our shop & warehouse.
To be eligible for a return or warranty exchange, your item must be undamaged, returned in original packaging and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also have no signs of tampering or misuse which will be inspected upon receiving back to our facility.

There are specific situations where no refunds are granted such as:
Product with obvious signs of misuse or damage.
Any product items or accessories not in its original packaging &/or new condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any items that is returned more than 30+ days after the shipping date.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm via email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit (minus a 4% merchant fee STRIPE, PAYPAL) will automatically be deducted and a refund will be applied to your original method of payment, within a 60 of days of the approved refund process. No refunds will be issued during any pre-order cycle of any product releases. Refunds are only applicable once the items are ready to ship. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the returned purchase items reaches Flock Audio in order to qualify for a refund. If a returned product item is damaged or lost during shipping back to Flock Audio, it is the responsibility of the customer to file a claim with their chosen shipping courier returning the product item.
All refunds are subject to a 4% Merchant Fee. This is not a fee initiated by Flock Audio Inc. and is charged by the third party Merchant I.E. STRIPE, PAYPAL.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, please first review your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank as there is often processing time before a refund is posted.
If you've done all of the above and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded at this time.
Software or Downloads
Software & Downloadable purchases are all final sale and non-refundable.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and upon approval we will generate an applicable RMA in order for you to send your item to:

Items returned after shipping are subject to a 15% restocking fee charged to the purchasers original payment method.
To return your purchase product, You must courier & insure your product to: Flock Audio Inc. (Attn: Flock Audio Support RE: Warranty).
You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs & any applicable duties and taxes for your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund and original shipping fees.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
It is required that you use a trackable shipping service approved prior to shipping by Flock Audio such as DHL or UPS and it's required to purchase the applicable shipping insurance to guarantee your return, this tracking number will be required in order to fulfil your RMA process. If the product does not reach Flock Audio Inc. we cannot provide a refund.
