Flock Audio Inc. - Warranty Policy

Standard One Year Manufacturers Warranty Policy

​

Manufacturer's Warranty Duration:

Flock Audio Inc. (hereafter "the manufacturer") warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal professional audio use and conditions, for a period of one (1) year from the original shipping date. Shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the customer. During the warranty period, the manufacturer, at its discretion, will repair any defect in material or workmanship or provide a repaired or refurbished product of equal value in exchange without charge (except for shipping, handling, packing, return postage, and insurance costs, which will be incurred by the customer). Any repairs outside the Standard One Year Manufacturer's Warranty Policy or deemed as user misuse are subject to shop and engineering fees for proper repair or replacement.

 

Product Warranty Non-Transferability:

This product is sold with a limited warranty that applies exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable to subsequent owners or third-party purchasers. The warranty is expressly provided only to the individual or entity named on the original purchase invoice or receipt. Any attempt to transfer, assign, or convey the warranty to another party shall be deemed null and void.

 

Product Warranties:

  • The manufacturer warrants the internal electronic component parts and hardware chassis against manufacturing and material defects for one year.

  • Power & USB Cable Accessories – The manufacturer warrants against defective parts with any associated cables provided in the box for one year.

 

Exclusions from Warranty:

 

This warranty policy does not cover:

  • Conditions resulting from other than ordinary use for which the product was not intended.

  • Conditions resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance or care.

  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or shipping damage.

  • Dissatisfaction due to buyer’s remorse.

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Damages incurred during transportation or disassembly/maintenance by the consumer.

  • Rack rash, scratches, or blemishes caused by consumer installation.

 

Disclaimer of Warranties:

The Company makes no express warranty or condition, whether written or oral, and expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions not stated in this limited warranty. Implied warranties or conditions are disclaimed to the extent allowed by local law. For transactions outside North America, the Company disclaims all implied warranties or conditions, while within North America, such implied warranties are limited to the duration of the express warranty set forth above.

 

Claim Procedures:

All warranty claims must be filed directly by the consumer with the manufacturer. Claims for defective products must be made within one year from the invoice and online activation date. Claims for missing parts must be made within 30 calendar days after merchandise receipt. Defective merchandise returns must be packed in the original packaging, and pictures are required to support claims, along with a copy of the original invoice if not electronically related.

If the claim is justified, the item(s) or part(s) will be repaired or replaced, or a replacement refurbished product will be provided. Our policy is to replace parts whenever possible.

 

Warranty Durations based upon Country & Region:

The standard warranty duration is (2) years in Europe to abide by European Law and (1) year in North America and all other regions. Please retain invoices for a minimum of one year for warranty purposes.
